1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the Facebook Ads ebook and coaching program (the “Program”) offered by Yopal, owned by Enaines Diaz (“we,” “us,” “our”), 200 W Burkholder Dr, Trlr 1, Lititz, PA 17543. By purchasing or using the Program, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.
2. What the Program includes
The Program includes a digital ebook, one-on-one online coaching sessions, and email support for from the date of purchase. Coaching sessions must be used within of purchase.
3. Price and payment
The price of the Program is $2,259.00 USD, due in full at checkout unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Advertising spend on Facebook or any other platform is not included and is paid by you directly to that platform.

5. Coaching sessions and rescheduling
Sessions are booked through our scheduling link and held by video call. You may reschedule with at least notice. Sessions missed without notice may be counted as used. If we need to reschedule, we will offer you a new time promptly.
6. License and intellectual property
All Program materials, including the ebook, are owned by Yopal and protected by copyright. We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, or publicly distribute the materials.
7. No guarantee of results
The Program is educational. We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, leads, or advertising results. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, budget, market, and effort. Nothing in the Program is legal, tax, or financial advice.
8. Third-party platforms
The Program teaches the use of Facebook and other Meta advertising tools. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. You are responsible for following Meta’s advertising policies. We are not responsible for account restrictions, policy changes, or platform outages.
9. Your conduct
You agree to treat coaches and staff respectfully and to use the Program lawfully. We may end access, without refund, for abusive behavior or for sharing Program materials.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or ad spend.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases already completed.
